Ryan spent decades climbing the ranks at Crown, eventually managing national service teams with $12 million in monthly targets – so he knows exactly what it takes to keep large-scale operations running without downtime. Todd ran field service operations and personally handled the toughest repairs – giving him the expertise to spot the difference between a proper fix and a patch job that fails next month.
